A weekend to feast on friendship, the great outdoors, and a thanksgiving dinner worthy of the woodland kings . The experiential spread will be prepared by our guest chef team involving smoking, fire cooking, . Either side of our feast we’ll be working up our appetite on one spectacular hikes in the Catskills, sampling breakfasts to order, and cleansing it all off with plenty of sauna time.
WITH A LITTLE OFF GRID LIVING & MICRO-BREWING
Fall is peak time for mushrooms, and it’s always a good time to sample a local ale or two. Our usual selection of activities will be complemented with a tour of a local farm and off grid log cabin plus a tasting of the local micro brewery’s ales - but this weekend is anything but micro. It’s huge :)
FLY FISHING, FOLIAGE & THE FOREST
It's the peak season for fly fishing, and fall foliage, so we'll be focussing the weekend on the river, the woodland, and learning about what makes it so special. The itinerary is packed with fly fishing, foliage, fly tying, fireside gatherings and am unforgettable talk by a local environmentalist.

The LMFFC garden is in full bloom, and the season is transitioning, making it a perfect time to celebrate all that’s fresh and delicious. As well as all the usual activities - Laura Silverman will lead us through a foraging tour, we’ll have a talk in the garden, and menus will feature all that is fresh and delicious.
